Amsterdam – Perry founder Arie Kuiper took the stage this week on Business News Radio (BNR) in the Netherlands during the popular program “Zakendoen met.” In a concise one-minute pitch, Kuiper introduced Perry’s AI-powered work instruction platform, which helps technical operators work safer and more efficiently.

Investor Johan van Mill, who followed with questions, challenged Kuiper on whether operators are ready to embrace such technology, noting that frontline workers can sometimes be resistant to change. Kuiper responded that Perry works closely with operators to bring the solution to the market. Perry's approach is designed with usability first, ensuring instructions are simple, practical, and supportive rather than disruptive.

The exchange highlighted both the promise and the real-world challenges of bringing AI to industry. With early pilots already achieving more than 90% first-time-right execution, Perry aims to prove that smart software can be adopted even in traditionally change-resistant environments.
